  • EMI facility is provided through Bajaj Finance or other finance partners (as applicable).
  • EMI approval is subject to finance company’s terms, eligibility, and verification.
  • Gurudev Furniture House is not responsible for EMI approval or rejection by the finance provider.
  • EMI charges, processing fees, GST, and interest rates are determined by the finance company.

5. Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders placed through WhatsApp, phone call, website enquiry, or showroom are considered confirmed only after payment or advance receipt.
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture may require additional time and advance payment.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within Khoirabari and nearby areas.
  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability, customization, and location.
  • Delivery charges (if any) will be informed before order confirmation.
  • Any delay caused due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport issues, etc.) will be communicated.

7. Installation

  • Basic installation is provided for selected products.
  • Any additional carpentry, civil work, or special installation is not included unless clearly mentioned.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Customers must report defects within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • No return or exchange on customized furniture, discounted items, or clearance sale products.
